Frequently Asked Questions
Each session lasts 55 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booked private session as we do not allow extensions beyond the booked schedule.
Our packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, we can work with you to adjust the schedule and/or the program plan to fit a new goal.
We understand that training for an upcoming race or competition already packs your schedule along with the demands of life and work. We recommend at least 1 face-to-face Private Pilates session with us per week and our Pilates coach will guide you on the exercises and the corresponding volume you’ll need to practice on your own before the next session. Those exercises are part of your long-term programming and help to progress you for the succeeding sessions.
We welcome anyone who aims to improve his/her physical wellbeing and shares the same values as we do! We can help you set a goal which will be the basis of the customised long-term programming. We believe there’s an athlete in each person and we’re here to unlock that potential.
Not to worry! Whether you’re following an online program or created your own training plan, all we ask is to share with us your sport training plan. We are trained to assess sports training programmes and we can help alter it for you based on the initial assessment that we do on the first session. We can also refer you to our partner Sports coaches or Physiotherapy clinics depending on our assessment.
